People have always been at the heart of what I do.

My professional journey actually began in corporate event planning, where I first discovered how much I loved bringing people together and transforming an idea into an experience. I loved the creativity, the details, the behind-the-scenes problem solving—and, most of all, watching people walk into a space and simply enjoy what had been created for them.

My career eventually took me from events into Human Resources and organizational leadership, where that same passion for people found a new purpose. Today, I lead in the corporate HR space, helping organizations grow, developing leaders, shaping culture, and creating environments where people can do their best work.

I worked hard to reach this point in my career, and I’m incredibly proud of the work that brought me here. But reaching milestones I had spent years working toward also gave me the opportunity to ask a bigger question:

What else has God placed on my heart to do?

The answer kept bringing me back to where I started.

Events. Gathering. Creating. Serving others. And that feeling of watching something you imagined come to life and bring genuine joy to the people experiencing it.

I began to see that purpose doesn't always require leaving one chapter behind to begin another. Sometimes, God simply shows you another way to use the gifts, experiences, and passions He's been developing in you all along.

Steward Collective grew from that realization.

It brings together two parts of my professional journey that, as it turns out, were never all that separate. Event planning taught me how to create an experience. HR leadership taught me how deeply experiences matter to people.

Today, I bring both to every event I plan: the organization and discipline of an executive, the creativity of an event planner, the calm of someone accustomed to solving problems when the stakes are high, and the genuine care of someone who believes the smallest details can make people feel incredibly special.

For me, this work is about more than creating beautiful events. It's about being entrusted with moments that matter to people—and caring for those moments well.

A wedding day. A new beginning. A milestone birthday. A long-awaited baby. A team coming together with renewed purpose. Or simply an excuse to gather the people you love around one table.

Those moments deserve intention. They deserve joy. And they deserve someone behind the scenes making it all feel a little easier.

That's what I hope to bring to every gathering I have the privilege of being part of.
